Camp

  Shantytown Camp 2020

Last Thursday evening I went to Shantytown for camp. First we set up our bed spots and then we went to the cafeteria to have our dinner. For dinner we had fish and chips and ice-creams for dessert. When it was night time we played some fun games like spotlight, had a pillow fight and  then we went to bed. The next morning we got changed and had breakfast. We packed up our beds then we went to the school.l

World War One began in August 1914.

Armistice Day was renamed in 1997.

The treaty was signed at 5am on 11 November 1918. 

For this reason, Remembrance Day was originally called Armistice Day.the German forces agreed to an armistice (a truce) with the allied troops and this meant the end of WW1. 

We listened to a Trumpet playing the Last Post at 11am today, while we remembered the old soldiers that fought, and died in wars.

Minecraft top tip

 

 You will need a PS4. If you don’t have a PS4 you can play it on your phone but it’s only the Pocket Edition. My top tip for minecraft is that you need to get items and craft more. If you have a top tip write in the comments below
